MODERN STACKING TOY | Y | — BY WOODEN STORY®

Wooden Story® is a European family brand spanning three generations, creating beautifully handcrafted wooden toys since 1969. Inspired by nature, imagination and the timeless simplicity of childhood, each piece is made in Europe from carefully selected FSC®-certified wood.

Designed to be loved, treasured and passed from one generation to the next, Wooden Story brings together traditional craftsmanship, thoughtful play and deep respect for the natural world.

WHY WE LOVE IT

The Modern Stacking Toy Y is a Montessori-inspired wooden toy designed to support a child’s development through shapes, colours and sensory exploration.

Inspired by the Bauhaus movement, its design brings together simple geometric forms, thoughtful functionality and a harmonious colour palette. Children can arrange the different elements on the wooden posts, experiment with their positions and create original compositions of their own.

We love how this beautifully designed toy introduces children to visual balance, form and colour while encouraging creativity and independent thinking. There is no single correct composition, allowing every child to explore freely and discover new possibilities.

Both an engaging educational toy and a distinctive design object, it helps nurture an appreciation for beauty, simplicity and creativity from an early age.
