SOFT PLAY SET | CREATIVITY | – BY IGLU®
Winner of the internationally renowned Red Dot Design Award, IGLU® is a distinguished European brand recognised for outstanding design, functionality, safety and innovation. Crafted by hand in its own European facility since 2015, every piece reflects exceptional precision and is rigorously tested to meet safety standards across the EU, UK, USA and Canada.
From a baby’s first crawl to increasingly confident climbing, the IGLU® Baby Gym turns every movement into a meaningful developmental experience. Its ramps, steps and versatile building blocks invite little ones to crawl, reach, balance, stand and explore at their own pace.
The modular pieces can be rearranged within seconds to create fresh challenges as children’s abilities develop. IGLU® Firm Step™ foam provides supportive stability and softly padded landings, helping little ones practise new movements with confidence.
WHY WE LOVE IT
One beautifully designed set supports multiple stages of early development, evolving from a gentle space for first movements into an imaginative climbing and building environment. It encourages independent discovery, provides a healthy outlet for excess energy and creates opportunities for shared play with parents, siblings and friends.
DEVELOPMENTAL BENEFITS
- Core, Back and Leg Strength: Active play strengthens the muscles needed for crawling, standing and walking.
- Fine and Gross Motor Skills: Reaching, climbing and moving the pieces support coordination and whole-body development.
- Balance and Vestibular Development: Different heights and slopes help children understand how their bodies move through space.
- Spatial Awareness: Exploring varied forms develops an understanding of shape, distance and proportion.
- Creativity and Imagination: Modular pieces become climbing courses, hideaways and imaginative play settings.
- Problem-Solving: Rearranging and combining the shapes encourages experimentation and independent thinking.
- Sensory Development: Soft forms and tactile surfaces invite visual and physical exploration.
- Confidence and Independence: Each new movement helps children trust their abilities and approach challenges with confidence.
